My approach focuses on a multi-dimensional holistic view of health and wellness. Taking into account the mind, body, and spirit. Approaching wellness with a holistic integrative perspective. Creating balance in other areas of your life can help you get the most out of the healthy foods you are eating.
I believe you should always know and understand what is in your food. Reading labels and understanding the ingredients is vital to your overall health and wellness. There is no one size fits all diet or way of eating that works for everyone. We are each created unique and therefore something that works for one, will not work for all. This is where I can help!
